  3. roiLoop2 --- create and display the histograms for a series of ROIs

  8. The roiLoop2 igraph demostrates how a series of ROIs may be
  9. interactively defined and subsequently used to produce and plot their
  10. histograms. The getRegions operator allows the user to specify a set
  11. of regions which are then fed to the sequencer. The sequencer takes 
  12. each region and sends it to the histRoi operator which requires both
  13. an image and a region to compute a histogram. The memory operator is
  14. used to store and recall the same image over the set of regions. 
  15. The histogram output of the histRoi operator is fed to a collector 
  16. which collects data until told to release the final vector of histograms
  17. by the sequencer count flag. The resulting set of histograms are displayed.
